MSc Fashion, Apparel and Luxury Management is designed incorporating modern management strategies with direct input from the fashion industry to create the next generation of fashion, luxury and lifestyle industry professionals to lead this rapidly growing sector. You will have the opportunity to key skills and knowledge of lifestyle management in many spheres and develop research skills through a research project. Throughout this program, you will learn contemporary topics in fashion and luxury segment such as predictive analytics, innovation, design thinking, consumer analytics, fashion marketing and digital trends in fashion while maintaining a strong focus on creative problem solving and current practices.

Course Structure

Understand contemporary management practices applied in luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries while understanding influences on trends and consumer behavior.

Understand challenges and opportunities in contemporary technologies and automation while exploring ways of technology integration to the business to improve business strategies.

Develop competency in supply chain management by understanding the risks and management issues that affect global supply chain.

Develop critical thinking skills in innovation and design thinking while obtaining a thorough understanding on trend forecasting and life cycle planning strategies.

Gain thorough understanding of the marketing landscape of luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries and the influence of technology in fashion marketing while developing key in implementation and control of marketing programs in luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries.

Explore the contemporary theories and practices in retail management while obtaining a thorough understanding of analytical and planning tools utilized in retail industry along with retail mathematics.

Equip yourself with theories, tools, techniques and a reflective attitude to research in order to design and carry out your dissertation research in fashion and luxury sector.

Select a preferred topic and conduct an independent research on contemporary issues impacting the sector coupled with high level analysis and interpretation of information.
