Business Consulting Project (Alternative Core)

Working on an industry-focused consultancy project, students will conduct research, analyse complex datasets, develop strategic recommendations, and present evidence-based solutions to address contemporary economic and business issues. The project strengthens professional consulting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Research Project (Alternative Core)

This module enables students to undertake an independent research project within a specialist area of economics or data analytics.

Students will identify a research problem, apply appropriate analytical and econometric methodologies, evaluate findings, and produce a substantial academic dissertation. The module develops advanced research, critical thinking, and analytical skills while allowing students to investigate contemporary economic issues with practical and academic relevance.
